Shipping and delivery of your order

The delivery of all orders placed through our Online Shop is carried out through the following providers of specialized transportation depending on the country of the delivery address:

As soon as your order has been delivered from our store to the transport company you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the sending of your order with details about the shipment (the scheduled delivery date and a tracking-number in order to follow the shipment online). The delivery takes place at the address filled in the order.

The orders are ready to be dispatched:

1. In case of a purchase through card, once the payment has been successfully completed,
2. In case of a payment though a bank transfer, once that the amount appears to our account or once that we receive a valid proof of payment through e-mail or fax
3. In case of cash on delivery, before the shipping we need to confirm your details by phone.

If one of the above procedure has been completed before 12 pm (GMT + 2) on a business day your order will be shipped out the same day. Otherwise we will ship it on the next business day.

Shipping costs

Shipping to the whole EU is free, except Cyprus and Malta.
In case the country you wish to send the order to is outside the EU, Cyprus or Malta, please contact us with one of the ways of communication that you can find HERE.

Shipping to United Kingdom

Delivery at your place at absolutely no other charge. We undertake any additional costs for you.
In case of a return, you will be charged with any possible custom taxes for the return.
