Through the payment system of PayPal
You can choose payment through the payment system of PayPal. PayPal is a safe and easy way to pay online. In case you choose PayPal as your payment method, once you have added the selected products to your cart and completed the shipping details, you will be transferred to the protected environment of PayPal in order to complete your transaction safely.
PayPal accepts all credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Citibank) and the payment can be made:
- By using your credit card in the safe environment of PayPal without creating an account with PayPal, or
- By using your account at PayPal.
Once your purchase and payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal as well as a confirmation from us and the shipment will start as soon as possible.
Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)
If you choose cash-on-delivery as your payment method, as soon as we have confirmed your order by telephone, we will immediately start with the procedure of the delivery of your purchase. By the time you receive your delivery you will have to pay the amount of your items in cash. The cash-on-delivery fee is 25€ (the fee in other currencies depends on the daily exchange rate). Before the shipping of your products we will contact you by telephone to confirm your order. For orders with cash on delivery there is unfortunately no possibility of an express shipment. The option of cash-on-delivery is not available for deliveries outside the EU. At the moment, you have the chance to pay cash on delivery only for Portugal.
Shipping and delivery of your order
The delivery of all orders placed through our Online Shop is carried out through the following providers of specialized transportation depending on the country of the delivery address:
As soon as your order has been delivered from our store to the transport company you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the sending of your order with details about the shipment (the scheduled delivery date and a tracking-number in order to follow the shipment online). The delivery takes place at the address filled in the order.
The orders are ready to be dispatched:
- In case of a purchase through card, once the payment has been successfully completed,
- In case of a payment though a bank transfer, once that the amount appears to our account or once that we receive a valid proof of payment through e-mail or fax
- In case of cash on delivery, before the shipping we need to confirm your details by phone.
If one of the above procedure has been completed before 12 pm (GMT + 2) on a business day your order will be shipped out the same day. Otherwise we will ship it on the next business day.
Shipping costs
Shipping to the whole EU is free, except Cyprus and Malta.
In case the country you wish to send the order to is outside the EU, Cyprus or Malta, please contact us with one of the ways of communication that you can find HERE.
Shipping to United Kingdom
Delivery at your place at absolutely no other charge. We undertake any additional costs for you.
In case of a return, you will be charged with any possible custom taxes for the return.
Placing an Order
Once you have added the selected products to cart and you have filled in the delivery details click "Buy Now" in order to complete your order. The shipping procedure starts: i) in case of payment through Card / PayPal once the payment is successfully completed ii) in case of payment through bank transfer once you have sent us a copy of your payment or once the total amount has been transferred in our bank account iii) in case you choose cash on delivery as your payment method as soon as we have confirmed the sending details by phone.
After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in the e-mail address that you have entered (if you do not receive the confirmation please check if the address you have filled in is correct or if the e-mail has been sent at your spam folder).
Important note: All the prices of the carpets listed on our website are calculated in Euro. The prices of the carpets in other currency are based on the daily exchange rate and for this reason there might be slight differences from day to day. All the documents that accompany your purchase are issued in Euro, independently of the currency in which you have made the purchase.
Order cancellation
In order to cancel a registered order you have to send us an e-mail as soon as possible to info@carpetu2.com with the respective request. If the dispatch process has already started, then your order cannot be cancelled.
In case the carpets return because you refused to receive them or because of unavailability, you will be charged with the amount of 50 euros.
Return of a product and Refund
With the help of our photos and the detailed description of every carpet our company is making every effort to display and describe accurately all the characteristics of each product. Furthermore, we issue a certificate of authenticity for each of our products. However, you have got the right to return a product purchased from our Online Shop performing the following procedure:
- Contact us within 14 days from the day of the delivery of your order by telephone at 0030 2310481489 or via fax at 0030 2310302600, or via e-mail at the address info@carpetu2.com and inform us about the reason of return.

i) Returns from countries within the EU
In case you want to exchange the carpet with another one from our online collection the return of your carpet is free. However, if you cannot find a carpet to make the exchange, you will unfortunately be partly charged with the expenses of the return. In this case the amount of the shipping costs that has to be paid by you depend on the weight of your carpet. Our Customer Service will then send you a return label and give you all the necessary information and instructions by e mail. Of course, if you like, you can also choose yourself the transport company for the return. The costs must be carried by you. Please pack the package in a way as similar as possible to the original package.
ii) Returns from countries outside the EU
In case of a return from a country outside the EU, you must fully organize and pay the return. Furthermore, you may be charged with custom taxes for the return. Our Customer Service can certainly help you with the organization of the return. - Once the product has arrived at our store and been checked for its condition, you will get the refund of your order. The total amount will be returned to you (through PayPal or through bank transfer) within the next 20 working days.
- The value of the new carpet at each change should be equal or greater than that of the return.
- In case you want to return a carpet that has been bought from our current offer (1+1, -50% on the second carpet) the offered discount is not valid anymore. In case there have been more than two carpets on your order the discount will be re-calculated.
Delay of an order
Your order may be delayed due to extreme weather condition or strikes as well as due to any event of force majeure that could have an effect on the transport and delivery of your order. Also a delay may occur in case that we have to communicate with you (if a problem arises concerning your order, either relating to the product or the payment) and the telephone and/or e-mail communication is impossible (because for example the information you have entered is not properly up to date or valid).
